Influenced by the natural world and the work of his father, eminent sculptor Clark Fitz-Gerald, Stephen bends, forges and manipulates metal to create both artistic and functional items at his Northern California studio. From unique, twisted steel chopsticks and accompanying sauce bowls, to simple, elegant rice paddles, and more, each culinary object is crafted and hand-polished one at a time.
