After almost two decades working in the world of high-end cutlery, Roland Lannier has launched a unique and groundbreaking collection of dinner knives, finished entirely by hand in his studio in Central France. Jaded by the recipes used to design and create knives for the dinner table by so many producers, Roland embarked on a mission to develop a collection of knives with meaning, with a culturally rich and elegant look, and with a calculated degree of 'disharmony' in design in order to set his work apart from the mundane cutlery found all too often on restaurant and home dining tables.
