Ochre Micarta Parer 110mm

Dressed in gorgeous International Paper Co. bleached linen micarta with vintage Westinghouse micarta inlay, this paring knife is a one-of-a-kind Don Carlos Andrade creation for the kitchen. Whether the occasional home meal or for daily use in a working kitchen, any chef will appreciate the thin, hair-popping sharp, satin-finished blade in Z-Finit nitrogen stainless steel, an alloy designed to mimic the fine-grain and edge performance of popular high-carbon steels. Tapering to a slim, pointed tip for all manner of detail work, the blade tapers steadily along the rounded, polished spine, and features hand-sculped convex bevels that are thin behind the edge while also providing ample strength and lateral stiffness for tougher work on the cutting board. In Don's usually outstanding fit, finish, and overall balance, this is a tool to reach for no matter the task at hand, the perfect complement to your full-sized chef knife.
