A mid-size chef knife hand forged by Master Shin In-young and his team in their South Korean blacksmith shop. Simple in construction, this traditionally crafted knife is designed for all around cutting and chopping needs. Featuring a 170mm / 6.7" carbon steel blade with textured, rough finish, the comfortably rounded hidden tang wa handle is hand carved from hickory wood and embellished with a decorative forged steel ring. Standing 50mm tall, the strong and sharp blade will tackle even the largest cutting tasks.
