From the Blenheim Forge Stainless Clad collection, a tall, versatile funayuki chef’s knife with Aogami Blue carbon steel cutting edge below a thin layer of pure nickel. The blade profile, with low, slim tip combined with the ability to rock well on the board in a compact 170mm / 6.7" size, was originally designed as a multi-purpose knife for use on fishing boats, resulting in an outstanding go-to knife for a wide variety of daily meal prep. The fumed oak handle with solid brass ferrule in octagonal, wa style, is just the right length for any preferred grip, and is finished beautifully, comfortable and rounded at the edges.
