Hand-forged by bladesmith Don Carlos Andrade in Los Osos, California, this incredible cleaver provides the edge and performance for all your vegetable chopping and butchery tasks. Weighted, balanced, and extremely comfortable in the hand, this knife will allow nothing to stand in the way. The dark, forged, textured finish and hand sanded, satin, convex bevels which slim to a sharp, strong edge, result in an elegantly rustic aesthetic. Dressed in beautiful, classic yellow paper canvas micarta, and wrapped with epoxy-impregnated woven cotton line for excellent grip and great looks, the handle is then fastened with stainless steel pins, adding to yet another striking, one-of-a-kind tool by Don that we can't keep our eyes off of, and you won't want to put down. A custom, cloth-covered saya is included.
