We are constantly in search of the most unique, extraordinary, and eye-catching eating and cooking tools around. 

Many are handmade, some are one-of-a-kind creations never to be reproduced, while others come from the world's top production companies and are available either in limited runs or sometimes for longer periods. 

We will do everything possible to keep the beautiful tools you see here in stock and available, but please be aware that given the artisan, made-by-hand craft approach to much of what we offer our products may sell out and can sometimes take time to restock, if that is an option. 

If you see something that you love but it is no longer available, feel free to Contact Us, and we will let you know if we have something similar or if new items may be coming in. 

Ordering Process

We like to keep things simple. Explore extraordinary eating and cooking tools using the menus under Eat and Cook as well as the links to TiStix, Kitchen Knives and Gifts at the top of the site. 

If the product comes in more than one style, size, or color, select the option you want using the dropdown menu on the product page. Add the product to your bag using the brown Add to Bag button.

When you're ready to checkout, click on the brown cart icon in the top-right of the website, and select Checkout.

Enter your address and contact information, select a shipping and payment option, and submit. If you don't already have an account, you can create one once your order is complete. But only if you want to.

Shipping and Delivery - US & International

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our New York location and are always hand packed with care to ensure safe arrival. If there is a delay for any reason we will contact you immediately. If you have any questions feel free to contact us anytime.

Carriers & Prices

Delivery is available within the United States via FedEx and USPS. Rates are based on your shipping address to ensure we charge the right amount. Orders over $100 receive Free Priority Shipping to US addresses. 

Delivery Time

We offer FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, and Overnight, as well as USPS Priority within the US. Keep in mind that some methods may not be available for all addresses.


Most delivery methods provide package tracking. When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipment information and a link to track your package.

International Shipping

Delivery is now available worldwide! We offer USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail International and First Class International shipping methods as well as FedEx International to most locations. We will provide tracking and delivery confirmation for any destination where those options are available. If you have any questions, or would like to request special shipping and handling for your order, contact us anytime.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your eating tools. If you're not, for any reason, you're welcome to return them.

We ask that you return items in the condition you received them and that you ship them back to us within 14 days of the original order date. Return shipping costs are not covered. As soon as the items are returned to us we will refund the full cost of the item less any shipping costs. If you have any questions about returning an item, please contact us.

Return Process

First, contact us to let us know what you will be returning, and be sure to include your name and the original order number.

Next, ship the items to the address below. Include your name, email address, and original order number with the return.

Be sure to pack items well so that they are not damaged during shipment. We recommend shipping via FedEx or UPS so that package tracking and insurance (on the first $100) are included automatically.

Once we receive the items, we will process the return usually within three business days. A credit for the amount of the returned items (including tax if in NY), not including shipping fees, will be credited to the credit card, debit card, or PayPal account used for the original purchase.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to halt shipment. If an order has already shipped however, a return will need to be processed before a refund can be submitted. See above for information on returning a purchase.
