Graphite Nakiri 165mm

Thin, dark, and made for countless hours of vegetable chopping joy, this nakiri chef's knife was forged by hand in Suffolk, UK by bladesmith Leszek Sikon. With integral bolster construction, the knife balances nicely just at the blade's heel, the quite slim edge enjoying a solid 7.7oz / 224g overall weight behind it to support efficient, effortless push-pull cutting of veggies small and large. Leszek's style, informed by years of artist blacksmithing, bladesmithing, and metal-forging of a wide variety, combines a rustic, natural, and understated feel with refined geometry and a house-made blade material that stands out for its bright, meandering line of pure nickel surrounded by a sea of dark black carbon steel. For grip, a simple and traditional handle of ancient bog oak tapers forward until it meets the bolster for comfort and control.
