Marbled Collage Petty Chef 150mm

It's hard to deny the mesmerizing appeal of this petty chef knife's blade, designed and forged in Detroit, Michigan by Niko Nicolaides, consisting of what appears as three individual damascus steel patterns, when in reality it is only two. From the top and sides of the beautiful integral bolster and flowing outward through Niko's "N" mark is a floral fence mosaic pattern; below, and to the tip, are the two sections of a miter joint twist pattern, bearing visually unique lines and contours, but forged from the same combination of assembled steels. And of course, it's not all just good looks, as Niko's geometry and utility are as fantastic as his designs, from the full distal taper to a needle-like tip, to the slim, lightweight, and balanced convex bevels in a configuration perfect for all variety of daily meal prep. To control the striking blade is a handle of black & yellow dyed boxelder, finished with a spacer of carbon fiber.
