Sun Rising Chef 180mm

David Lisch does it again with a gorgeous chef knife build that balances an understated yet striking design, unique in construction and overall aesthetic, with geometry and feel that will make it an incredible. and incredibly useful, tool. Thin, quick, and natural in the hand, the blade of fully hardened W2 carbon steel provides the sky and 'mustard mountains' from which a brilliant and bold sun rises to light the world around it. In this Master Bladesmith's usual style, an integral bolster is sculpted and polished into a flowing, organic form, and to complete the handle, a ring of bronze, followed by an exceedingly comfortable handle of the rarely-seen thura wood.
