Zebrano Pinstripe Nakiri 210mm

Nickel pinstripes run the length of this large, bold nakiri's blade, stretching from the willow wood handle dowel to the contoured and angled 'tip,' like contrails in the sky, or a Yankee's jersey. Thin yet sturdy beneath tall, subtly convex bevels, the long, 210mm / 8.4" blade balances around an inch in front of the heel, lending weight and forward momentum to the chopping of every vegetable that crosses its path, no matter its size or density. To wield this beautiful blade is a long, hand-filling, tapered handle carved from zebrano wood with carvings in the front, a single black spacer, and a rear pin of copper and brass.
