Designed as a high-performance sushi tool for daily use, and built to turn heads wherever it goes, this extraordinary, one-of-a-kind yanagiba by James Oatley boasts a 340mm / 13.4" edge with single bevel geometry and two-tone finish. The gently curved and masterfully balanced Damasteel stainless damascus blade is configured for right-handed sushi chefs. A long, octagonal handle in smooth and elegant holly wood with giraffe bone ferrule offers refined control over the long, purpose-built blade. A matching holly saya with giraffe bone pin is included.
