Stone Cold Cutlass S-Grind 220mm
From James Oatley's Stone Cold Cutlass collection, this one-of-a-kind 220mm / 8.66" chef knife provides a 55mm tall RWL-34 stainless steel blade with compound S-grind for effortless and infinitely rewarding cuts day in and day out. The asymmetrical S-grind caters to right-handed cooks and culminates at a very, very thin edge, which combined with a distal taper that thins to just 0.7mm and inch from the tip means a versatile, all-purpose blade that flexes at the top while chopping firmly at the heel. Dyed, stabilized maple burl is accented with a nickel spacer, and a matching saya is included.
