Ironwood Damasteel Nakiri 185mm

Brilliantly etched and polished Baldor pattern Damasteel stainless damascus is shaped in to a 50mm tall, 185mm / 7.26" long, beautifully balanced and weighted nakiri, our first knife from the newest maker to join our collection, bladesmith Rick Petko. The simple and sleek dessert ironwood handle with black linen micarta frame is comfortable and uninstructive, perfect for pushing the thin, sharp blade edge easily through vegetables large and small. Superb fit and finish and an outstanding marriage of form and function represent Rick's work perfectly.
