Tall Maple Mosaic Chef 170mm

Standing 61mm tall at the heel, this 170mm / 6.7” chef knife, hand-forged in Vermont by Nick Anger from four-steel homemade carbon damascus, is strong and stiff with a high grind leading to a thin and supremely sharp edge. The multi-bar damascus combines patterns to achieve a rather striking look, with lightning-like streaks of 4800 kc powder steel visible in the upper portion. Spalted black maple, boxelder burl and black micarta form the handle, comfortable and organically shaped as is customary from Mr. Anger.
