Logging Cable Damascus Chef 235mm

Forged from an antique Pacific Coast logging cable combined with 4800kc & 1080 steels, this extraordinary chef knife by Nick Anger is truly a one-of-a-kind tool for the kitchen. The patterns in the integral bolster alone will turn heads. Beyond the bolster are rings of black micarta, a section of recycled skateboard herringbone, and a beautiful, softly sculpted piece of figured curly maple. Long, tall and flexible, the 235mm / 9.25" blade tapers to a fine tip, the spine measuring less than 1mm an inch back from the tip. A striking knife in every respect.
