Tall Kasumi Nakiri 185mm

Falling somewhere between a nakiri and a cleaver, this formidable chopping tool, hand forged in central France by Bryan Raquin, is guaranteed to make chef’s happy however it is used. At 67mm tall, there is little the kasumi-finished san mai blade cannot handle. The razor-sharp edge brings weight and ample length to every cut, maneuvered with ease by the octagonal handle of burn oak.
