Oak Kasumi Nakiri 150mm

A classic and aesthetically understated nakiri vegetable knife hand-forged in central France by Bryan Raquin, with a penchant for utilitarian function that is anything but understated. The house-made san mai steel blade, water quenched and whetstone sharpened, features an edge of 1.45sc carbon steel, a 'super-clean' steel containing nothing except iron and 1.45% carbon. The locally-sourced burnt oak handle is comfortable and perfectly tapered and contoured for effortless cuts.
