Hawaiian Mango Chef 250mm

In bold, head turning, high contrast, low-level pattern damascus forged in-house by Marc Weinstock of Prick Blades, this 250mm laser of a gyuto is light, thin and wicked sharp. At 47mm tall, the blade begins slim out of the hidden-tang handle and extends onward to a needle-like tip, the blade flexing like a slicer and performing with style and tact. Dark, stabilized Hawaiian mango wood shaped into a simple, rounded-and-faceted, and very comfortable handle with black micarta spacer.
