Forged in Bryan's workshop in central France, the 215mm / 8.5" san mai blade is thin and sharp, and uses his go-to combination of ingredients over the years; 145sc (for 'super-clean,' of course) carbon steel at the core, and XC10 mild steel cladding. Bryan's burnt oak handle provides the comfort, a grip with unforgettable texture and feel.
