Feathered Mosaic Chef 195mm
Deceivingly intricate and mesmerizing, an original-design mosaic pattern is feathered to create a truly stunning integral damascus blade for this first handmade chef knife by the latest artist to join our collection, Mastersmith David Lisch. Wonderfully balanced and natural in the hand, and weighted at a solid 8.8 oz / 250g, the blade's distal taper takes a stiff, strong spine to a needle-like tip, the tall bevels slimming downward to a sharp, hard, workhorse edge, perfect for all variety of meal prep. Tasmanian blackwood, erupting with character and contrasting grains, is carved to a pillow-like comfort level and fitted with spacers of G10 and bronze.
