Bevels, designed for efficient cuts using any motion or technique, feature a very thin edge, and compound S-grind geometry for food release, also contributing to the knife’s overall balance in the hand. With spacers of stainless steel and G10, the striking and comfortable carved mango wood handle features the textured, tactile quality expected of William’s surface finishes.
