Suminagashi Padauk Gyuto 210mm
Exquisite in the hand, refined and uniquely traditional in design, effortless and precise in function. A suminagashi-clad gyuto forged at the hands of Japanese-trained bladesmith Alex Bazes. The house-made damascus jackets give this one-of-a-kind 210mm / 8.2" blade a lustrous, luxurious finish. The Hitachi White No.2 edge is very thin, very sharp, and poised for a remarkable cooking experience. Polished to a smooth and lustrous finish, the red padauk wood handle is capped with an heirloom-fit bolster of hammered copper.
