The Story
With its bog oak handle, 50/50 geometry, and slightly convex grind, the Branch Santoku is a great example of couple Joel Andersson and Adisa Copra’s ingenuity and creativity. Making handmade kitchen knives at their small studio in Gothenburg, Sweden, they have fine-tuned a design and approach, resulting in stunning knives that are as beautiful as they are functional.
