Elk Oyster Knife
Smooth and beautifully rounded pieces of found, shed elk antler form a wide handle that seems to fit your hand like a glove. Designed by oyster connoisseur Jeremy Buben and made by Robb Gray, artist and knifemaker of Graycloud, these oyster knives were conceived and produced entirely by hand in Seattle. Built to Jeremy's specifications which were formed during his time as both a cook and consumer of oysters in the Northwest, the long, pointed blade measures 4" from point to tip to handle for maximum leverage. Brass rivets and a composite 'cinnamon' colored spacer beneath the elk antler complete the aesthetic.

The Story
Why Elk antler? According to designer Jeremy Buben it is not uncommon to spot a herd of elk around Willapa Bay, the self-proclaimed Oyster capital of the world, where he happened to have grown up. So it seemed like a natural fit. And we agree. Built with the precision, fit and finish of knife and jewelry designer Robb Gray these are oyster knives to last generations.
