Blenheim BBQ Knife & Fork Set

A complete set of gourmet tools that includes three knives, a hand-forged BBQ fork, and custom canvas carry case, for the grill and pit-master in us all. A cleaver, for the toughest work, from breaking to seafood de-shelling; a long, striking scimitar, known as the butcher's steak knife, for slicing, carving, and chopping; and a traditional, stiff boning knife, designed for a variety of butchery tasks from trimming to filleting and more, are each forged from a laminate of high carbon steel, mild steel, and pure nickel, created in-house on Blenheim Forge's 100-year-old rolling machine. Sharp, robust, and purposefully shaped edges sit below classic, forge-finished blade flats, each knife dressed with rippled oak handle scales secured using oversized steel pins. Forged to shape is a long, rustic, and handy two-prong fork. The ultimate kit for outdoor cooking over the open flame.
