The Story

Tim Roberts of Glyph Designs creates beautiful, simple, and functional kitchen tools at his one-man shop outside of Los Angeles, California. Using only hand tools from a set of nineteenth-century shipbuilder's chisels, which Tim restored himself, each piece shines with character and a yearning to be used. Woods sourced from local, sustainable trees are sanded to a smooth finish and oiled to bring out beautiful grains and natural lines.
