Shipping & Holiday Delivery

Complimentary shipping available on all $100+ orders in the US. Expedited and international options are available for holiday delivery. Complimentary hand-written gift notes and gift wrapping available with all orders.

Order by December 18th with USPS Priority Shipping for delivery by December 24th. 

Order by December 20th with a UPS Expedited option for delivery by December 24th.

Order for addresses outside of the US using a UPS International option by December 18th for delivery by December 24th. 

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our New York location and are always hand packed with care to ensure safe arrival. A few items are made to order and take longer to ship, and this is noted on their respective pages. Products labeled "Pre-Order" will specify an estimated shipping date. If there is a delay for any reason we will contact you immediately. If you have any questions feel free to contact us anytime.

Carriers & Prices

Delivery is available within the United States and Internationally via UPS and USPS. Rates are based on your exact shipping address to ensure we charge the right amount. Orders over $100 receive free USPS Priority Shipping to US addresses.

Delivery Time

We offer a selection of UPS and US Postal Service shipping methods for both domestic and international orders. Keep in mind that some methods may not be available for all addresses.

Order Tracking

Most delivery methods provide package tracking. When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipment information and a link to track your package.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your tools. If you're not, for any reason, you're welcome to return or exchange unused items.

We ask that you return items in the condition you received them and that you ship them back to us within 14 days of the original order date. We reserve the right to charge up to 15% in restocking fees to help cover the costs incurred by us and our artists when restocking handcrafted objects which require a high degree of care and attention. Tools that show signs of use or exposure to elements that have altered the finish of the materials may not be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are not covered. As soon as the items are returned to us we will refund the full cost of the item less any shipping costs. If you have any questions about returning an item, please contact us.

Return Process

First, contact us to let us know what you will be returning, and be sure to include your name and the original order number.

Then, simply ship the items to the address below. Include your name, email address, and original order number with the return. Please email us the return shipment tracking information as soon as it's available.

Be sure to pack items well so that they are not damaged during shipment. We recommend insuring the package for the full value of the returned item.

Once we receive the items, we will process the return as quickly as possible, usually within three business days. A credit for the amount of the returned items (including tax if in NY), not including shipping fees, will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase.
